Click again to confirm!

I was asked by one of the gossip girls to make a list on things that has/hasn't been confirmed, and since I was asked with hugs and kisses, I dared not reject the idea. This will be with short "yes" / "no" replies to each topic, possibly with a short description. Everything is just off the top of my head, so here we go:

There are several types of fish
Yeah

You can become a werewolf
Not confirmed by Bethesda, but yeah

You can become the leader of every guild
Not confirmed - But we can definitely become leaders of some.

You can become a Thane
Yes - Post pending on this one, guys.

You can become a vampire and be a werewolf at the same time
Not confirmed. I wouldn't count on it, but then again: It's Bethesda.

There are collectibles (Like Fallout Bobheads)
I've asked Pete, but he didn't reply. I think Twitter might be broken... Either that, or I don't know how to use it.

Skyrim will be better than sex
Confirmed.

You can ride a dragon
I don't get why people are still asking about this: no!

There are Dwemer
There are Dwemer ruins and Centurions - The Dwemer are still gone! GONE I SAY!

You can summon Alduin after completing the game
Not confirmed! And it is stupid! Why would you wanna be friends with he primary antagonist? That's like Goku being friends with Vege... That's like Naruto being friends with Sasu...

Now here's the carefully planned solution to a very short post, which was in no way thought out in the spur of the moment: Comment with short rumors, and I shall answer.

This is the ONE post where you are not allowed to comment in any other way than mentioning rumors and if you do: "Shame on you" - Mary Poppins

The baby is kicking

Can you feel it? I sure can! It'll be here soon! It's kicking and screaming to come out and join us! I can feel it and I KNOW that you can feel it too! It just feels so good! I am of course talking about Skyrim, which will be released 2½ days, should we choose to ignore certain places like, say, Australia - which we will.

The reason for this sudden outbreak on my part is this:
The Order confirmation that I received few hours ago. I think it's about time that we get this game and so does Bethesda, I'm sure.

A goal of mine is to reach 200 posts before 11/11/11 is over, which gives me about 3 days, which are quite occupied, so it's going to be a badass ambition!

Oh, and this post counts as well.
(only 8 left - yeah)

Hunt --> Kill --> Skin --> Cook

I think I may have written about killing innocent animals several times before, but since everyone enjoys partaking in inhuman acts of animal cruelty, lets pack the topic into yet another package!

As I've mentioned before, I am quite keen on the whole "hunting" aspect of RPG's, but unfortunately the closest we've ever got to a decent system is Gothic III, which was basically one big bug. Hunting in Oblivion was doable, but not all that satisfying, since it was far from being an intended aspect.

All that will now change, with Skyrim being released on Friday! As it turns out, there's now a point in hunting critters, apart from the mere joy of ending the lives of pristine animals, whilst shouting "Death by arrow!" (No, using flames is not hunting!)
Now we can get meat, which we can use for cooking, on which we can earn a couple of bucks - Ka-Ching!
Moreover we can also use the pelts to wrap around the handle of our trusty weapon, in order to do something! (I have no fricken clue as to what it does.)

Finally, reassuringly enough, one of the journalists who have had the pleasure of already playing the game, has assured us that hunting deer, or elk, or whatever, is fricken entertaining. Also, you can run into other hunters out in the wild, kill them and take their loot - or not; But I think I know which option you'd prefer.

Werewolves - I'm pretty positive.

I usually love spoilers, but I do have a limit! But since I was running this "coverage" site, I pushed it further and further, so that I would stay informed - Yet, the limit is still as alive, although it has the strength of Piglet from Winnie the Pooh. I've been following the werewolf case closely, but Piglet has kept me from watching streams to back up my following statement: I trust completely that werewolves are in the game.

I will not go all spoiler on your ass, right before release, so I won't be writing about Sinding ( a werewolf of which we have pictures,) nor will I write about where to find other werewolves or how to become one yourself. Instead I will tease you with the fact that I now know and that you'll just have to wait; Point my nose to the sky and laugh like a proper gentleman.

I merely wish to tell you that you shouldn't worry, be troubled or be disappointed about werewolves not being in the game, or the missing ability to become one -it must be lies! I have no proof. I have no undeniable, court-worthy evidence for you. You just have to know that I don't doubt it - And then take it for whatever it means to you.

*EDIT
For those who wanted to know: Werwolves do have a "transform animation" - They don't just go 'poof' and become a werewolf.

Let's go over those dragons, just one more time!

I consider myself a provider. I give the people what they want! Which is why we're gonna cover this one last time before release, which is 6 days from now.  I'll try to keep it tight and simple. If I leave anything out, or you have a question, please comment.

So.
Dragons.
What can I say.

Dragons have awakened, after hundreds of years and they are out to kill and destroy everything, with the lead of Alduin the World-Eater, a huge badass dragon. It would appear that the dragon race actually went extinct, but Alduin has flown around and resurrected all of them - This is were we, Dovahkiin, come in! When the Dovahkiin absorbs the soul of a dragon, it destroys its "very essence" and makes it non-resurrectable. Or at least that's what I've heard (through the grapevine - Snap!)

The dragons in Skyrim will, I guess, appear dynamic (although 100% dynamic is impossible.) You'll be able to spot them out in the distance and plan your route as to run into it, or avoid it - Sometimes it just shows up and you have to fight or run away. They have several different behaviours, which can be used depending on the environment - From there it just chooses a random, possible one, which makes it almost impossible to have the same fight twice. Once you've damaged them enough, they'll crash or land.

When you kill a dragon, you will automatically absorb its soul and leave only the bones as remnants of a once magnificent creature - Asshole! You'll be able to grab their bones, if you're feeling especially violating. Also, if you've maxed out your smithing skill, you can use their bones to make cool dragonbone armor, which my avatar on Xbox Live will soon be wearing!

So how often do these dragons show up? It's simple really, - Even Chubby Steve could understand this. As you progress trough the main quest, they're going to become more and more common, and the more powerful races will show up to bust our chops!
Friendly Neighbourhood Alduin
Now what types of dragons  are there again? Well there, are 6 main types of Dragons, and beyond that there are a couple of unique ones too. The 6 main types include (Or at least we think this is correct, but it might not be:)
- Red dragon (I don't remember what they're called, but it ain't red)
- Bronze dragon
- Frost Dragon
- Black dragon (Jill)
- Green, reptile dragon
- White dragon

Great. Then I was asked, which are more powerful - I'm actually not sure, but I'll tell you what I know, beyond that eating yellow snow is bad. Bronze dragons are the easiest, for sure. The frost dragon is more powerful than the red one. The green, reptile-like dragon is one of the more powerful ones. The Black Dragon is probably the most powerful one, being a part of Alduin's faithful servants.

Now that we're on Alduin, let's talk unique dragons.
So far we only know of two: Alduin and Blabla (I don't actually know the name, so Blabla will substitute.)

Alduin we already know is the main antagonist and he must be brought to an end! Like cheese wheels; I totally hate those.

But Blabla, on the other hand, is our ally, our friend! As some point during the main quest, we're gonna hook up with... We're gonna befriend him and we can use a dragon shout to call him to our aid and if that is not cool, I don't know what is. Except Michael Caine, he's pretty cool.

There are more than these two, but I don't know them all that well... Didn't come to my tea party. Assholes.

Last part: After the main quest, will the dragons disappear permanently? Well, as far as I've heard: fuck no!!! It would be stupid, but I'd imagine that they'd be a bit more rare, so we're not up to our asses in them. Yet, I'm not sure, but I believe in Bethesda to make the right decisions and I haven't heard otherwise, so...

... Yeah!
